Services and service prices
The characteristics and prices of the online store services are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check prices from the shopping cart before you accept the order. Delivery cost
As a rule, there are no delivery costs associated with the purchase of services. If you buy a gift card and wish us to send the gift card directly to the recipient, we will add a 5€ postage fee to the delivery price. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order services on the homepage of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying the contents of the shopping cart to the company's account after confirming the shopping cart. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.

You can pay your order directly to the company's bank account according to the instructions mentioned in the shopping cart.
Order and payment confirmation
It takes 1 – 3 business days to confirm the payment. If you want to speed up the processing of your purchase, you can email us (talotiili@outlook.com) the payment receipt for the purchased service, and we will send the order confirmation and information for booking to your email on the same day.
If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery method
If you want a gift card separate from your purchase, we will send the gift card to you by email. Otherwise, you can book the time of the service according to the information given in the order confirmation
Delivery time
When you buy the service, please remember to check the minimum number of participants. We organize services according to the agreement when the minimum number of participants is full. You can buy any service in the online store, but we cannot guarantee when the service will be available, as the minimum group size must be met before agreeing on a time for the service.
Right of cancellation and return conditions
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after purchasing the service (the moment of purchasing the service is the confirmation of the purchase in the online store).
Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail to the address talotiili@outlook.com, cancellation notifications made in any other way will not be accepted.
If the transaction is cancelled, we will cancel the gift card and your service purchase from our system. If the gift card has been sent to the address indicated by the buyer by mail, the gift card must be returned by mail to the address Talotiili Ky, Salmelantie 44 79660 Kerisalo. We do not refund the 5€ fee charged for sending the gift card. The returner must pay the costs incurred for the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.
When canceling a paid order, please email your name and contact information and your account number for a refund. Accordingly, we will return the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Checking delivery status, error and problem situations
Please check the content of the order after receiving the order confirmation. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days by email to talotiili@outlook.com, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.

Limitation of liability
The good mood farm is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or service or caused by any of the above, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.
We do not insure our customers. The customer must have accident insurance that covers any accidents that may have occurred in the service (moving in nature, working on a farm, riding, nature sports and all other possible accidents, accidents and illnesses).
Disagreements
We try to settle any disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service first to settle the matter.
